This Privacy Policy explains how Mast 26 (“we” or “us” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information of our users (“user” or “you”) when you install and/or use the SideTrak Android App (referred to from this point on as the “app”).
You agree that upon launching the app, and subsequently reading this Privacy Policy, whether it was linked to from within the app or not, you have read, understood, and agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue using the app and uninstall the app immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy which is visible directly below the title text at the top, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the app after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
Any information you input into the app, including but not limited to: Track Names, Track Tags and Lyrics, are stored in files on your device. These files are not sent to us or anyone else.
At various times during usage of the app, the app may scan the files stored on your device for the purposes of either loading relevant content into the app, or to enable you to browse for files for use with the functionality of the app. This information is not sent to us or anyone else.
